Nick has spent his 20+ year career working across the entire patent and licensing ecosystem. Through his previous work in structured pool licensing frameworks, Nick identified a gap in the market and designed a customized licensing and deal service to solve it, closing major transactions spanning cellular, video, and Wi-Fi that bridges gaps, solves problems, and brings parties together to close win-win patent agreements.

Nick brings the combination of builder’s instinct and deal-maker’s discipline that expands Equiviti’s reach across new markets, technologies, and client relationships on both sides of the table.
